Returns Policy

For None Faulty Goods

You must request a Returns Note number from our Sales Department before sending any goods back to us. Call 0161 848 9304 or email us  to request a Returns number.

All none faulty goods returned must reach us within 14 days of the original Invoice date.

Any returns need to be authorised with a Returns Note number and should include a reason for return. The Returns number we supply must be sent back to us with the goods for us to issue part or full credit.

Returns should be wrapped in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Any which are not will incur either a handling charge or be refused, depending on the condition of the goods.

Goods which have been fitted cannot be returned.

For Warranty Goods

A Warranty Claim form must be filled in with vehicle information as requested by our suppliers.

A Warranty Claim form will be supplied to you along with a Returns Note number. You must request these from our Sales Department before sending any goods back to us. Call 0161 848 9304 or  us to request a Warranty Claim form and Returns number.

Please make it clear to us that the goods being returned are under warranty. Include the Returns number and full details of your warranty claim.

Warranty returns should be wrapped in suitable packaging.
